Rz loves two things: Lax and Respect. Rz gets respect from showing other people how awesome he is at lax. He is also known to give respect. You'll know you're getting it with his signature catch phrase, "What Up?"
Rz's T.O.W. is a way for him to say What Up to people on the internets who need respect.
